Technical content / Editorial process
For a technical guide, I use AI to help organize research and develop the draft, then check the source material and edit the explanation. Reusable checks catch missed requirements and repeated writing patterns before the copy moves into the site.
03 / A little context
Before working in content and SEO, I managed installation crews and residential projects, so I was responsible for the people, materials, and schedules needed to get a job done. Customer problems were part of the job too.
That experience is useful when I'm writing about field work or home services. I know what crews and customers need from the information because I've worked with both, and I do the research to get the client-specific details right.
